Chelsea and Westminster NHS approx. 4,000 users. Start date: June 2008 Go Live July 2008. Consultancy for service desk implementation issues resolved in 3 weeks. Developing ITIL processes on ongoing basis.
Start Date: June 2008. Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration Management, Service Level Management ITIL based processes with Go Live planned for November 2008. Temporary change management to run new processes for 3 months whilst implementation of 600 changes scheduled per month.
